Two subwoofers play a near infrasonic recording, generated from the Haus itself. The recording is derived from a recursive process: the sound of the silent gallery is played back through the subwoofers downstairs and recorded again. After more than 40 iterations the building’s resonant frequencies emerge as an unstable drone of felt-more-than-heard pressure zones and vibrations.
